ROTHERHAM, UK — X-PLANE HARDWARE

Give your sim
the hardware
it deserves.

RHSimTech designs and builds replica avionics and parts for home and professional X-Plane and MSFS cockpits — autopilots, transponders, radios and glass displays, driven by software that links the real world to the simulator.

What we build

Panels, not props.

Every device is built to be flown, not just looked at — real switching logic and calibrated motion, with two-way communication to the simulator, not a static lookalike.

Bay 01

Autopilot & nav panels

KAP140-spec autopilot, GNC255 COM/NAV, KX165 dual radio and GTX330/335 transponder replicas, rebuilt from the manufacturer's pilot guides rather than guesswork.

Bay 02

Engine & system instruments

Ammeters, fuel/oil gauges, carb heat and cowl flap controls, and full annunciator panels for PA28, C172 and Seminole-type trainers.

Bay 03

Glass & standby displays

Aspen EFD1000-style PFD running on its own renderer, plus an integrated electronic standby instrument, both fed live data from the cockpit.

Bay 04

Switch & breaker panels

Warrior-style switch panels and circuit-breaker panels with simulated failure logic, built to behave exactly as the real aircraft's electrical system does.

Bay 05

SimLink

The software layer that every panel connects through — handling live data both ways between the aircraft and the hardware, for X-Plane and MSFS alike.

Bay 06

Custom panel builds

Got an aircraft type that isn't on the shelf? We map the data straight from the aircraft files and build to match.

Ordering & build process

How a panel gets to you.

Enquiry

Tell us the aircraft

Type, panel, and whether you're flying X-Plane or MSFS, plus the add-on you're using. If it's unsupported, we check whether mapping the data is feasible.

Build sheet

Spec & quote

You get a written spec covering interface, firmware behaviour and what SimLink integration looks like for that unit.

Build & bench test

Built and run on the bench

Every panel is bench-tested against live data from X-Plane or MSFS before it ships — not just powered on, actually flown.

Dispatch

Packed & shipped

UK and international shipping, including palletised crating with full customs documentation for larger panel builds.
