Ordering & terms
How orders work
- Made in the UK. Each device is hand-built to order using 3D printed parts, laser-cut and etched parts, and specifically selected components. Delivery times may vary.
- Single USB connection. Every device connects over one USB cable and links to your sim through a dedicated plugin for X-Plane, or a small SimConnect-based app for MSFS/Prepar3D — covering both platforms. It runs independently, so it works alongside other systems such as SimVim, MobiFlight, Link2FS and similar.
- Approval before payment. Once your build is complete, you'll be sent photos of the finished item for approval before any payment is taken.
- Payment. Taken on completion, prior to shipping, via PayPal, Stripe (Apple/Google Pay) or bank transfer. Please supply your shipping address first so postage can be quoted accurately.
